Small quantities or individual productions require flexibility. Flexible electric heating plates from Busse make it possible to process ever new shapes and welded edges.

Pressing tools with permanently installed electric heating plates are developed exclusively for series production. If we are dealing with small quantities or one-off productions in two-dimensional deformation, flexibility is required.

Flexible electric heating plates from buses can be used in various support forms. By using an elastic carrier material with milled-in heating wires, the flexible electric heating plates can be applied to any contour again and again. The flexible electric heating plates consist of 1 mm stainless steel sheet on both sides with a 5 - 6 mm thick heating element in the middle and are therefore particularly elastic and pressure-resistant.

All heating plates are equipped with a continuously adjustable temperature controller and are supplied in any desired size. The flexible electric heating plates are particularly suitable for gluing curved table edges and reduce processing times to a minimum.
